The CFA is a non-profit organization and as such, the office is only staffed 14 hours per week – 8am – 11am Mon thru Fri. Please leave a clear and detailed message when calling outside of these hours. It is a CFA policy to return telephone calls and emails within 48 hours whenever possible.
